By using SendToDesk (Android or Windows) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. What SendToDesk does
SendToDesk lets you scan documents to PDF, create passport-style photos, keep those files on your device, and transfer files over local Wi‑Fi to a paired desktop running SendToDesk Desktop.
2. Your responsibility
- Pair only with computers you own or are allowed to use.
- Use the software for lawful personal or business file transfer only.
- Do not scan, store, or send content you are not entitled to handle.
- Keep your phone and desktop updated and on a trusted network.
- Install the desktop app only from this official website.
3. Files and storage
You choose where saved files go. Files already saved remain on the device unless you delete them. Clearing cache removes temporary files only.
4. Pairing
Pairing uses a local confirmation on both devices. You are responsible for accepting pairing requests only from desktops you recognize.
5. No warranty
The software is provided as-is. We work to keep transfers reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every network, device, or file type will succeed. Keep backups of important documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SendToDesk is not liable for lost files, failed transfers, or misuse of a paired computer. You remain responsible for the content you scan and send.
7. Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
